The Gallery – Play

“A family that plays together stays together”

This has been a saying that we live by in our house and it’s been years since play meant Lego and Play-Doh.  As the boys get older we’ve had to adapt our interests so we can still all ‘play’ together.

I only swim where there is chlorine and even then grudgingly! There’s swimy animal things in them there lakes lol.

You are right, playing together as the kids get older is just as important, if not more so. Maintaining the communication lines is part of the teen battle and being together doing exactly this sort of thing is the key x

Lovely post! It’s so true that you have to adapt. We just had a great day wandering around Bristol spotting Gromits and the kids all really enjoyed looking through photo albums (actual physical ones) as a family the other day.
